Jared communicated when he was on his was for the original date. They following day, after the raccoon was trapped, he replied to my message promptly and returned in a reasonable time that day to remove the animal and seal the animals entryway. Andrea & Cletus Helton36 days agoBaby got BATS! Jk not anymore thanks to Buckeye Wildlife! When we noticed a bat flying near our 4 month old, and then a few days later another bat chasing my husband, we knew we needed an expert. The office team quickly put us into communication with Jake, who then came to inspect our house that day. He was thorough and honest about the problem we were facing and took detailed photos of the access points that he was able to identify. We were then able to communicate via text message to schedule a time that worked for both of us, which was really helpful as a working mom trying to juggle multiple things. The issue was fully taken care of within 2 weeks of us contacting the company. This is a stark difference from the first company we called who couldn’t make it out to service us for almost a full month! It is evident that the work was completed well and with care. I would recommend Buckeye to anyone facing similar issues. Let’s hope we only observe bats from afar, and on the outside of our home from now on. Showed up to get the guy the next day so he could relocate him and communicated everything with me. They laid out the cost up front. Love the communication and speed of service. Gave me places that needed to be reinforced and gave an estimate for them to do it upfront. Amazing job Austin. Thank you for everything!! He made us feel comfortable about the situation and was very knowledgeable, answering any questions we had about the removal process and bats in general. He also took the time to explain what the removal process would look like and what all he would be doing to the house. When it came to the actual exclusion process, he arrived on time and kept us informed of what he was doing and how the process was going on both days he was at our house. J K46 days agoI called on a Saturday for bat removal service. I expected voice mail or “use our online form.” I actually spoke to JAKE- a live person! He scheduled an inspection for Monday. Pleasantly surprised at his knowledge, efficiency, explanation of issues and recommendations for remediation of not only bats but also bald face hornets. Kathy Shepherd53 days agoWe discovered that a raccoon had decided to visit our garage attic. Jake and Jared came out and assessed the situation, figured out how the raccoon was gaining access, and set traps. It took 3 days but finally the raccoon was trapped and removed. Jake returned and secured the access point. Can’t say enough good things about those two young men! Very knowledgeable and polite and helpful to the max! Thanks guys!!Posted on Google

Chris came and removed the skunk with in 1 hour. He was very Professional and talented to all details for the skunk removal. My little bandit didn't get caught, but Jake from Buckeye, got all my vents covered and cleaned up the mess he left behind. They responded right away- same day and plan in place. Lori Mc85 days agoI had a very horrible situation with a rat snake trying to get into my outdoor dryer vent. 😳. It kept laying in the rocks right outside the vent, too. Tyler came and checked everything out and was able to get the snake rather quickly. The snake went with him, thank goodness. He was very professional and kind. A+ service.

PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THIS BUSINESS YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. I paid almost 400 dollars for someone to come out and supposedly do an inspection and figure out the best course of action to solve the squirrel in my camper problem.There was no inspection the guy was here maybe 15 minutes and all he did was place 2 traps under my camper, other than that all he did was come out again and move them once when nothing was caught in the original positions.They then removed their traps leaving me with the same problem I had, nothing was caught and the squirrel is still in my camper ceiling. I could have bought the same traps for less than 100 dollars and did this myself, at least that way I would still have the traps and could still actively still be trying to solve my problem. The only removal they did was to remove my money from me and to remove the traps when they failed to solve the problem.

Martin Adams114 days agoNo animals could have lived in my attic because there was NO AIR GETTING INTO MY ATTIC. All of the soffit vents were plugged with cardboard and insulation when the house was built in 2002. Attic temps of 140+ were common and the high heat destroyed my roof shingles and overworked my HVAC. Jake, Jared, Tyler and August worked in 130+ degrees to clear the soffit openings and install premium baffles to create a 2" space for air to flow freely at all 100+ rafter spaces. I now have an abondance of air entering my attic. My Owen's Corning Platinum Preferred roofer said it's the best ventilation upgrade he has seen and it will make a big difference for the new roof that is coming soon. They also topped off my insulation to restore the R-Value up to the original R-49. I am very thankful to this team for their high quality work and attention to details. Tara Rozzell116 days agoI arrived home from work to complete chaos as a momma raccoon and her four babies climbed out of a tree and onto my front porch roof. Safety was an issue for all- my own children and the raccoons. After making several phone calls, Buckeye Wildlife Solutions was the only company who answered my call. The receptionist was kind and knowledgeable. She reached out to their technician Austin who was on his way back from another service job. He called me back and came to my house the same afternoon. He was fast, knowledgeable, upfront about cost, and got right to work. Within the course of three days, Friday-Sunday, Austin set traps, climbed trees, and blocked of entry and exits to my roof. In doing so he caught the momma and all four babies. I am writing this review primarily because Austin did all of this Friday-Sunday-including checking his cameras and taking my text messages. We did not have to wait the weekend with five raccoons on our roof! Although the entire situation provided excitement that I could have done without, it was reassuring and brought peace of mind that Austin had everything under control. 5/5 stars…especially for the tree climbing 😉.Posted on Google

I was hearing what sounded like more than two. Jake came out and was very professional, helpful and diligent in setting traps and keeping me calm. Tyler Bradner was friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and thorough in checking the property for entry points. The trespassing raccoon was caught, and Tyler provided a quote for some solutions to prevent future issues. We had several questions about the perimeter barrier installation, and he patiently answered all our questions and explained the process. Jacqueline Edgar169 days agoWe had the pleasure of working with Austin after discovering groundhogs made their way under our porch & into the basement cellar. He was incredibly thorough with the inspection & offered both short term & long term solutions. He checked in with us daily to see if the traps caught our culprits. After a week and a half of not catching them and deeming the area free and clear, we had him install a lower perimeter exclusion around the porch. He took great care of the garden & the finished job was impeccable. Hopefully we will not need his services in the future but if we do, Austin will be our first call. I can’t recommend them enough. Emily Simonovich183 days agoI contacted Buckeye Wildlife because we had ongoing issues with animals getting into our walls from an unknown entry point. We assumed it was flying squirrels and were aware they are tricky to catch. Austin came to our home within a couple days, assessed the inside and outside of our home, set traps, and gave us his contact to update daily. He was always readily available by phone and quick to respond to daily updates. Within days the first squirrel was trapped, and within days after that, two more were trapped and the issue was solved.
